Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited (第一三共株式会社 Daiichi Sankyō Kabushiki-gaisha?) (TYO: 4568 ) is a joint holding company established in 2005 by Sankyo Co., Ltd. (三共株式会社 Sankyō Kabushiki-gaisha?) and Daiichi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (第一製薬株式会社 Daiichi Seiyaku Kabushiki-gaisha?), which are pharmaceutical companies based in Japan. Its main offices are located in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
