Daihatsu Fourtrak

The Daihatsu Fourtrak (UK), Rocky (Australia), Rugger (South Africa) was a short wheel base four wheel drive vehicle. It was manufactured by the Daihatsu Motor Company.

It came in naturally aspirated and turbo diesel engines. The engine capacities were 2.0, 2.2 and 2.8 litres and various models were produced in the production run from 1984 - 2002.

Early cars have leaf spring axles front and rear, meaning a very large turning circle. Post 1993 cars came with independent suspension.
