Daigo Tadashige

Vice-Admiral "Marquis" Daigo Tadashige (1891 - 1947), was a member of the Japanese nobility, of Kazoku lineage, and Commander of the Imperial Japanese Navy.
Daigo Tadashige was the commander of war vessel ASHIGARA, and later became the leading (Commander-In-Chief) (CINC), of the Imperial Sixth Submarine Fleet. He, amongst the Vice Admirals Jisaburo Ozawa, now CINC, Combined Fleet, issued and developed the "Battle Order No. 95" that detailed the impending special operation. These bombing attacks were designated as Operation ARASHI, the special strike against U.S. forces in Ulithi atoll.
