Dai Havard

David Stuart Havard known as Dai Havard (born February 7, 1950, Quaker's Yard, Merthyr Tydfil) is a Welsh politician, and Labour Party member of Parliament for Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney. He has been in Parliament since 2001, winning Ted Rowlands' old seat, on a greatly decreased majority. Before then, he had been a secretary of the MSF union.
