[edit] Translating maps into Spanish

Hi Dabisu, I wonder if you could help me translate my Han foreign relations map into Spanish? I'd just keep the key, and the notes (however much you think is necessary) translated. Thanks a lot! --Yu Ninjie 03:37, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Here it is:
Han foreign relations - Relaciones exteriores de Han
The eastern coastline... - La costa oriental es solo aproximada. El algunas partes no habría estado tan avanzada como se muestra aquí.
Key to lettered peoples - Leyenda para los pueblos cultos
Protector general western regions - Protectorado general de las regiones occidentales
Capital - Capital
Selected cities - Ciudades escogidas
Territorial garrison - Guarnición territorial
Tributary city - Ciudad tributaria
Dependent state - Estado dependiente
Great wall - Gran muralla

[edit] Open proxy

Hi Dabisu. For more information about open proxies, why they're blocked, and what you can do, please see WikiProject on open proxies. Unfortunately, Telefónica is known to use proxies that can be exploited by unauthorised users, so I can't unblock that IP address (80.58.3.172). However, you can appeal my decision by asking another administrator; if you would like to do so, please add {{unblock}} to this page with a corresponding explanation. // Pathoschild 08:41, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

{{unblock}}

See pathoschild comments above first, please. I think this policy is wrong: you're preventing more valid edits from open proxy users than vandalism. I cannot do anynthing to force my ISP (Telefonica/Terra) to close its proxy, so what am i (and the rest of users) supposed to do?
The unblock request was removed (the comment said the block doesn't seem to exist) but i'm still blocked :( :

This problem is a direct result of Bug #550. I and many others have pleaded to have this fixed, but to no avail. Owen× 00:04, 9 January 2006 (UTC)
