D. G. Chichester

D. G. Chichester is a comic-book writer. His credits include Daredevil for Marvel comics and Motorhead & King Tiger/Motorhead for Dark Horse Comics.


D. G. Chichester studied filmmaking at New York University (NYU), which led to a job as an editor at Marvel Comics and later to a wide range of freelance work. His decade-long background as a storyteller gives him a unique perspective on using digital tools to create interactive experiences that involve the audience in an effective and dynamic way. His accomplishments include development of distinct intellectual properties for comic books, screenplays, video games and the Internet. Wired cited Chichester's work as surprisingly literate and well-informed, and the New York Times' Cybertimes identified him as a digital advocate. His extensive experience with Macromedia Director and Flash includes authoring interactive press kits, prototype demonstrations, and presentation-style multimedia, each designed to communicate their message in as creative a manner as possible.
