The Truesdell book "Kinematics of Vorticity" looks like a handy reference. I've noticed quite a few other concepts missing from fluid dynamics and all the coordinates used there; this book covers quite a few of them. Cheers, Lunch 23:34, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
