Czech Republic Football Cup

The Czech Republic Football Cup (Czech: Pohár ČMFS) is the major cup competition in the Czech Republic.
The current Czech cup was first disputed in 1961. The winner would then face the winner of the Slovak Cup in the Czechoslovak Cup final. This competition was discontinued in 1993, after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia into two independent states (Czech Republic and Slovakia).
The winner gains entry to next season's UEFA Cup.

- 1998-1999: Slavia Prague (final match vs. FC Slovan Liberec 1-0 after extra time)
- 1999-2000: FC Slovan Liberec (final match vs. Banik Ratiskovice 2-1)
- 2000-2001: FK Viktoria Žižkov (final match vs. AC Sparta Prague 2-1 after extra time)
- 2001-2002: SK Slavia Prague (final match vs. AC Sparta Prague 2-1)
- 2002-2003: FK Teplice (final match vs. FK Jablonec 97 1-0)
- 2003-2004: AC Sparta Prague (final match vs. FC Banik Ostrava 2-1)
- 2004-2005: FC Banik Ostrava (final match vs. FC Slovacko – Uherské Hradiste – 2-1)
- 2005-2006: AC Sparta Prague (final match vs. FC Banik Ostrava 0-0 extra time, 4-2 on penalties)
