Cyril Coaffee (February 14, 1897 - July 3, 1945) was a Canadian track and field athlete.

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he tied Charlie Paddock's world record for the 100 yard dash at the 1922 Canadian championships.

In 1956, he was inducted into Canada's Sports Hall of Fame.
