Cypress Ranch High School

Cypress Ranch High School is a secondary school located in Cypress, which is an unincorporated place in Harris County, Texas, near Houston.
Cypress Ranch, which will open in 2008, was originally called Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District High School #9. Cypress Ranch is part of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. The school will serve the Cypress-Fairbanks ISD portion of Bridgeland, a community in unincorporated Harris County.
The school colors for Cypress Ranch are navy blue and gold. The school mascot will be determined by future students [1].
Cypress Ranch will relieve Cypress Woods High School when it opens in fall 2008 [2]. Cypress Ranch will be on a 130-acre campus at Fry Road and Cypress North Houston. Pepper-Lawson Construction, L.P. will build the school for $68,673,095 United States dollars, with the contract at $162,855 USD. The Cypress Ranch campus will be similar to the Cypress Woods campus.
A future elementary school (named Elementary #46) and a future middle school will be adjacent to Cypress Ranch.
