Cynthia Plaster Caster, nee Cynthia Albritton (born in 1947 in Chicago, Illinois) is an artist and self-described "recovering groupie" who creates plaster casts of famous persons' penises and breasts. She began her career in 1968 by casting penises of rock musicians. She later expanded her subjects to include filmmakers and other types of artists. She began casting female artists' breasts in 2000.

She has cast many well-known musicians' penises, including those of Jimi Hendrix, Brian St. Clair of Local H and Triple Fast Action fame and Jello Biafra of The Dead Kennedys. Her smallest specimen was rumored to be of underground punk rocker, Guthrie Andres at an impressive 1 1/4 inches.

A documentary, Plaster Caster has been filmed about her, and she has inspired at least one song: "Plaster Caster" by KISS.
