Cybervaseline

Cybervaseline is the name of a punk-style fanzine brought forth by the performance artist and poet Sjaka Septembir, which circulated mainly in Cape Town, South Africa.
With contributions in both English and Afrikaans, the first edition of 300 copies was brought out in June 1999, and spanned 16 editions up to December 2002. Contributions were made by writers and artists from all over South Africa, and includes work by Alex Omega, Margot Saffer, Petula Sutherland, Chlorofil Posman, Asha Zero, Sigmunt Floyed, David Robert Lewis and Willem Mulder.
