Curt Smith (born June 24, 1961 in Bath, Somerset, England) is a singer, bassist, synthesizer player and songwriter. He is best known for forming the band Tears for Fears, along with guitarist Roland Orzabal. He was originally in the band Graduate. He also runs Zerodisc, a label and management company. In his early years in Bath, he attended the Beechen Cliff School.

After leaving Tears for Fears, he released the solo album Mayfield as well as the EP Aeroplane.
