Cumberland Regional High School

Cumberland Regional High School is a comprehensive regional public high school and school district, serving students in grades 9 through 12 from seven communities in Cumberland County, New Jersey, United States. The district serves students from Deerfield Township, Fairfield Township, Greenwich Township, Hopewell Township, Shiloh Borough, Stow Creek Township and Upper Deerfield Township. The district encompasses 162 square miles.
The district participates in the Interdistrict Public School Choice Program, which allows non-resident students to attend the district's school without cost to their parents, with tuition covered by their home district. Available lots are announced annually by grade.
On December 10, 1974, the county superintendent of education designated members of the initial school board, which by law consists of nine members. Each constituent district was mandated to have one representative, with the additional two members being appointed from the districts having the highest proportion of the population. The district was formed to help with overcrowding issues at Bridgeton High School, which, at the time, all nine districts sent their 9th through 12th grade students.

The school is located in the Seabrook Farms, New Jersey section of Upper Deerfield Township.
On May 12, 1976, ground breaking ceremonies for the new high school were held at the Upper Deerfield site. Construction started immediately and the building was opened on September 7, 1977, with 1,759 students, in grades 9 through 12. The first graduation was held on June 21, 1978 with 322 students in the initial graduating class. More than 6,400 students have graduated from Cumberland Regional High School since the school opened in 1977.

Cumberland Regional High School offers students an extensive range of programs and activities, including the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Future Farmers of America (FFA), the Student Council and Yearbook.
