Cullohill (also spelt Cullahill) is a small village in County Laois in Ireland. In Irish(Gaeilge) it is Cul-choill (translation: the hill or hill-back wood).

It is located in the south of the county on the main N8 road between Dublin and Cork.

It is part of Durrow parish and is in the catholic diocese of Ossory.
The village is home to an impressive early 15th century tower house, once the principal stronghold of the MacGillapatricks of Upper Ossory. The Castle has a Sheila-na-Gig and a medieval church.
St. Tighernach is the patron saint.
