[edit] UserName
I am just curious how you get your user name to be all colorful with many links and such. Is there any quick way to do that or is it a ton of code you have to type every time you sign something (which seems unlikely)?
–Whaleyland 15:26, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, I am on my way to editing it. Right now it still is similar to your style, but it will be fixed soon enough.

[edit] Thanks for voting on my RfA
Thanks so much for voting!
Thanks so much for voting on my request for adminship. I have decided to withdraw my nomination as it seems that consensus will not be reached. If you voted in support, thanks for putting your trust in me to be a good admin. If you voted in opposition, thank you as well for your constructive criticism as it will only help me be a better Wikipedian and perhaps help if/when I apply for adminship again sometime in the future. |

[edit] Thanks for voting in my RfA!
I wanted to take a minute and say thanks for voting in my RfA! I appreciated your caution and consideration, and your support. The nomination did not result in consensus, but I'm glad to have accepted it. - Amgine 19:37, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Lord of the Rings
Hello again Cuivienen. First and foremost I would like to thank you once more for your additions to The Lord of the Rings Peer Review which I created. All of your critism was useful to me and allowed me and others to greatly improve the article. Almost all of your suggestions have been completed, with the exception of the infobox addition, and I was wondering if you could once more review the article and make a few suggestions. If you would please add them to the Peer Review or even my talk page. Anyway thanks again and I look forword to working with you in the future on this article. Cheers, SorryGuy 03:40, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] My RFA
Hi Cuivienen/Archive4,
Thank you for supporting my RFA! Unfortunately it did not succeed mainly because most opposers wanted me to spend more time on Wikipedia. Thank you for your faith in me & looking forward to your continued support in the future.
Cheers

[edit] Ahh,
Hi. How have you been? I have been fine. Today is my 17th birthday. I became the member of Esperanza. Thanks, I appreciate for your message, and explanation about good article on Cho Chang, but I still can't wait for Book Seven as Harry Potter fan. I mean I hope that Book seven will be published in this year. Also, I will have a party with my friends for my seventeenth birthday. What grade are you in High-School? I think that you are 12th grade, going to graduate from High-School in this month. But I'm 10th grade, as it says on my own page. Anyways, Bye, and have a great day. - You make a valid point. So what can I do as well to show I mean good faith on that article, and that I genuinely think there is a POV problem? Ardenn 01:25, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] No!
Why'd you get rid of the practical joke thing at the top of the page? That thing was awesome :) Hurricanehink (talk) 22:16, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- LOL :) Yea, I bookmark every talk page I sign on. I'm sure you'll think of something else. It was fun while it lasted, though. Hurricanehink (talk) 22:56, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Your signature
Could you please tone down your signature in accordance with the guidelines laid out at WP:SIG. Your signature is simply too long (especially in Wiki code!) and tends to overwhelm comments when trying to respond in edit mode. Thank you for understanding, Cyde Weys 23:53, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- You are of course under no obligation to modify your signature as it doesn't violate any policy at this time. JohnnyBGood t c 23:58, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- No obligation, no. On the other hand, it's a professional courtesy. Even without WP:CIVIL people would be expected to be friendly to one another. Mackensen (talk) 02:27, 18 May 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, and I have added a hidden notice to the end of my signature to help clearly denote it as the end. (I don't think the signature is remotely problematic outside of edit mode.) I commented on Cyde's talk page, but, as he's stripped formatting from all signatures on that page, you can't see it there. —CuiviénenT|C|M, Thursday, 18 May 2006 @ 02:53 UTC

[edit] VandalProof 1.2 Now Available
After a lenghty, but much-needed Wikibreak, I'm happy to announce that version 1.2 of VandalProof is now available for download! Beyond fixing some of the most obnoxious bugs, like the persistent crash on start-up that many have experienced, version 1.2 also offers a wide variety of new features, including a stub-sorter, a global user whitelist and blacklist, navigational controls, and greater customization. You can find a full list of the new features here. While I believe this release to be a significant improvement over the last, it's nonetheless nowhere near the end of the line for VandalProof. Thanks to Rob Church, I now have an account on test.wikipedia.org with SysOp rights and have already been hard at work incorporating administrative tools into VandalProof, which I plan to make available in the near future. An example of one such SysOp tool that I'm working on incorporating is my simple history merge tool, which simplifies the process of performing history merges from one article into another. Anyway, if you haven't already, I'd encourage you to download and install version 1.2 and take it out for a test-drive. As always, your suggestions for improvement are always appreciated, and I hope that you will find this new version useful. Happy editing! --AmiDaniel (talk) 02:14, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Now what?
So, I've joined Esperanza. Now what do I do? Alethiophile 18:52, 21 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] In regards to proposed Featured Articles Wikiproject...
You should really link to the current page for it from your User page or Talk page! I'll do the same. Runa27 05:43, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] How do you do it?
How do you put that green E in your signature? I saw the code when I clicked Edit Page, but that seems a bit too long for everyday use. Is there some way to shorten it? Alethiophile 15:26, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] FDR
I've tried to address your concerns on the FDR featured article candidate discussion; I'd appreciate it if you would revisit.Sam
[edit] Main page discussion (Lordi)
Thanks for your prompt response. I didn't really understand the social context of the inter-European rock competition. (P.S., at this point, hasn't it been too long?) Bordello 09:28, 23 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merci beaucoup!
Thank you,Cuivienen/Archive4! Thank you for voting for my recent RfA, which passed (to my extreme surprise and shock) with a total tally of 66/15/2. Although you didn't give me a support vote, I would nevertheless like to thank you for your helpful comments and offer a helping hand in any admin-related tasks that may be required -- it's as simple as leaving a message on my talkpage.
