CueTV CueTV is an experiment in community television. [1] Located at Rhodes University in the Journalism and Media Department [2], it is produced by tv students. CueTV provides video journalism about South Africa's National Arts Festival. The videoblog focuses particularly on the arts and social issues. In a country where there are no local television stations, we have found that a videoblog functions as an alternative platform for video.
