Someone has proposed this article be deleted under grounds that the topic is "oh-so-not notable" in common socialogical paradigms. while it is true that in the common-person's social environment, this term would not commonly come up, but in subcultures, such as the rave-scene, this is a very common term. and for someone who isn't part of such a sub-culture, it would be very usefull to have such an entry available for them to look up.

Well, in the first case, the article doesn't cite any sources for the term, or research, or media coverage. I believe it exists, but it should be included if you want the article to be kept around.

Second, it's (at present) more of a dictionary definition of the term than an encyclopedia article; I'd suggest moving it under one of the drugs that causes the behavior, but I've also heard it used by non-users (furries and hedonists come to mind, unofficially). I've marked the article for possible move over to Wiktionary, but they will probably require sources as well. -- nae'blis 17:30, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
