• This recording has been encoded to Ogg Vorbis at 96 kb/s, not 48 kb/s per recording guidelines. Reducing the "Quality" setting to minimum when encoding to Ogg Vorbis will usually achieve 48 kb/s. The result will be very little loss in voice quality, but a significant decrease in file size, which is important for ease of downloading and other reasons.
• Beginning at section "Asian powers/South Asia/India", voice is moderately louder and minor breathing and breath-on-microphone noise is evident; speaking slightly too closely to microphone.
