I'm not exactly sure what the last (previously only) paragraph refers to. Out of respect to the original author and ignorance of the material they present, I will leave it be, but would someone who knows more about immunology please investigate further?

From my knowledge of medicine which is somewhat limited although it is an interest of mine it looks like an explaination of the theoretical mechanism behind cross tolerance however I do not have sufficient knowledge to be sure or to give it some much needed expansion, if the mechanism is to be described it really should be dealt with more fully than that, I hope someone with the required knowledge will be able to expand on that.
