Crownin' Me is the hit song by Playa Fly featuring his belated father, Bill Chill, off his 1996 album, Fly Shit. Crownin' Me was originally made in 1994, called Royalty & featured on Tommy Wright III's debut album, On The Run. Crownin' Me was made to the Three 6 Mafia (as it is clearly stated at the end of the song), but ended up becoming a Memphis classic, it is often compared to Nas' diss to Jay Z, Ether. The song is mainly about giving Playa Fly, along with his assossates, the proper respect they deserve.
