Croatian Popular Party (Croatian: Hrvatska pučka stranka, HPS) is a right-wing political party in Croatia.

It was founded in 1999 by Tomislav Merčep after his departure from Croatian Democratic Union. The party fielded candidates in 2000 and 2005 presidential elections.

The party had limited success on local elections.
