[edit] Section headers

On section headings, we normally only capitalize the first letter the first word and any proper nouns, and leave all of the other letters in lowercase. For example, "Rules and regulations", not "Rules and Regulations". See the Wikipedia Manual of Style for more information. Thanks. Zzyzx11 (Talk) 23:33, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
