[edit] thanks

Thank you for your help on the Eternal Decision article. It is much appreciated. --E tac 11:22, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for the barnstar

Thanks for the barnstar. It has come right at a time when I have been feeling bad about my contributions to Wikipedia, it is just what I needed. Again, thanks, it is very much appreciated. J Milburn 16:15, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

And thanks for the support at the deletion debate! It is nice to have people like you around. J Milburn 18:53, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

Ok, you deserve this-

The Random Acts of Kindness Barnstar
I award this barnstar to Cricket02 for being really nice to me this evening, (and backing me up in a deletion debate in the most complimentary way!) making me feel better about my contributions, myself, and Wikipedia, right when I needed it. J Milburn 20:20, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Charles Timberlake

I have copied the article to the user's userpage. Remember to post warning messages on people's talk pages, not on articles'. I guess this is just a simple vanity, it may be worth keeping an eye on the editor, although I did leave them another note on their talk page. J Milburn 16:25, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Userpage vandalism

Only just noticed the vandalism you reverted on my userpage. Thanks! J Milburn 16:41, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia Userbox

Wow, you have better eyes than me and a couple other people cause I didn't see that nor the 3 others that were using the box. Thanks dude, I appericate the change :o) I probably wouldn't have noticed it. Thanks again! Take care...SVRTVDude (Yell - Toil) 14:03, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks! I am always checking Wiki...constantly or sending someone a link to a Wiki page. If it weren't for FireFox (which has Wiki as a search engine in it's search engine window), I wouldn't have used it as often as I do. Damn you FireFox *shakes fist*:) Have a good day and have fun "working":D:D - SVRTVDude (Yell - Toil) 16:39, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] LOSER

You mean like your moronic Paul Mork references? The guy was an average coach at best and did not create the Paw Power chant. Galvin won 2 state titles you moron; MORK WON ZERO

No clue here: You must have the wrong talk page Cricket02 17:30, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
I actually looked into the White Bear Lake, Minnesota history, and I think when you reverted 64.81.181.50's deletion/additions, 64.81.181.50 mistakenly attributed the Paul Mork comments to you. Actually, the original person that made the Paul Mork addition was Dbdawson back in April 2006. For future reference, I've stopped adding vandalism warnings to User:talk pages unless the vandalism is persistent. - cgilbert(talk|contribs) 22:19, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you for Barnstar

Thank you very much for the Working Man's Barnstar. I was surprised to see it awarded by you after my previous downgrading of Bradley Joseph's priority. I guess you're a very forgiving person. Thank you again. - cgilbert(talk|contribs) 21:48, 28 February 2007 (UTC)

It looks good

  • Willmar[33] missing a full-stop
  • notable for the freedom and variety of their structural design and technical challenges. needs a reference
  • Merge the one sentence paragraph at the end
  • This is on the article as a whole, when referring to him only use his last name - Joseph. M3tal H3ad 04:04, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] New Age music talk page - section out of sequence ?

Hi Cricket... I just replied to your comment on New Age music talk page about removing the Contemporary Classical alternative term. When I was doing that I realized that when I originally started the whole section that discussion is in (Considering a new approach for the Definition of New_Age_Music) - I did it like a blog - new stuff at the top. It makes that page read kind of funny. Now I've seen more talk pages and most of them have the older stuff at the top. A lot of the prior comments (lower on the page) seem to be out of date, though some still apply. I just wonder if some editors go right to the bottom of talk pages for the new stuff and this layout might be confusing. Do you think that needs to be fixed, or better to just leave it where it is? You're welcome to reply on my talk page or here, as you prefer. Thanks. Parzival418 05:58, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

Received your reply on my talk page. Thanks for the clarification and checking out the older stuff on the New Age talk page. I hope you're enjoying your day too! Parzival418 06:37, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Voltaire

Yeah, thanks for reviewing it, that was what made me nominate. I honestly didn't think it was at good article level- I had to work a lot harder to get Askam there, and that was with help! J Milburn 17:20, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Advice

Hi. It's generally not a good idea to post uncivil comments and engage in unsubstantiated personal attacks against someone when making similar accusations against them. It tends to detract somewhat from your credibility. More so, when the subject of your attack hasn't actually done anything wrong. I refer you to WP:CIVIL. Thanks. --Gene_poole 04:21, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

Please stop posting uncivil comments on my talk page. If you have evidence of improper behaviour by me, then put your money where your mouth is and start an RFC. --Gene_poole 06:10, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

Well, let's see....My "uncivil" reply was:

Here, swallow you own advice. You can dish it out but can't take it. I come to Wikipedia for the intelluality, not to read your attacks against others who actually have something substantial to offer. Cricket02 06:05, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
I don't see my reply any more uncivil than yours, nor all of the uncivil attacks initiated by you against others, i.e.Talk:New_Age_music#Ambient and New Age music. Also refer to WP:POT. Cricket02 06:21, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
Allow me to put things in perspective for you: You appear out of nowhere and accuse me of attacking others without any evidence whatsoever. In so doing you defend a suspected self-declared psych case and serial sockpuppetmaster whose only contributions to WP involve trying to subvert WP:V and WP:OR because they don't fit his pet theories - which, funnily enough, are totally unsupported by both mainstream opinion and third party sources - despite his being asked for them time and time again over a period of 3 months. Your appearance just happens to coincide with the day my patience in having to deal with said psych case is exhausted, and I finally open a long-overdue RFC on the matter. After all of that do you really think I'm going to take you seriously? Do your research, and either put up or shut up. --Gene_poole 06:41, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
Hmmm, wow, that was civil....Cricket02 06:42, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
Hi Cricket. Thanks for your positive presence in this frustrating situation. I think you're on exactly the right track with your short and polite response to the comment above. I look forward to continuing to work with you on improving the content of music articles with interesting well-referenced content. Parzival418 08:35, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
You are always welcome to contribute to Wikipedia if you comply with our neutrality, original research, verifiability and sockpuppet policies. --Gene_poole 09:07, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
