What's in a name:

The episode title, "The Insider", refers to the two most common definitions of the word, "insider". The first refers to a person who has special knowledge or "inside information". The second refers to an accepted member of a group. The main suspect used his special knowledge to become an accepted member, and hence, is twice an insider.
