Critical Path, Inc. OTCBB: CPTH, founded in 1997, provides messaging solutions for mobile, broadband and fixed-line service providers. Headquartered in San Francisco with offices around the globe, Critical Path's messaging solutions are deployed by more than 200 service providers throughout the world, including Vodafone, T-Mobile International, mmO2, Telecom Italia, Telefonica, Tiscali, SK Telecom, and Virgin.net. As of December 31, 2005, Critical Path has approximately 331 employees.

In November of 2005, Critical Path was delisted from NASDAQ and is currently traded on OTCBB.

On January 3, 2006, Critical Path sells its hosted messaging assets, which included its customer base, assembled hosted messaging workforce and other elements of goodwill, and hosted messaging hardware, to Tucows.

In 1999, Critical Path became a publicly traded company under the stock symbol CPTH. Today, the company's major shareholders include Asian conglomerate Cheung Kong Holdings, parent company of Hutchison Whampoa, and General Atlantic Partners.

Focusing on the market for email, mobile email and value-added messaging services, Critical Path unveiled Memova™ — a brand of consumer messaging solutions for mobile operators, broadband and fixed-line operators in early 2005.

Memova™ Mobile provides access to e-mail on their everyday mobile device. Memova™ Messaging provides email and rich multimedia applications for broadband consumers. Memova™ Anti-Abuse provides spam and virus protection for mobile operators, enterprises, and internet service providers.

Critical Path's portfolio also includes identity management solutions.
