Cristian Ledesma (born 24 September 1982 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football midfielder currently playing for S.S. Lazio in Rome, Italy. He transferred from U.S. Lecce to Lazio in 2006.
His two biggest achievements in Serie A were both against Roma: While playing for Lecce, he gave an uppercut on Francesco Totti, knocking him out immediately. The second one was much more glorious: at his first derby playing for Lazio, he scored a beautiful goal from outside the box, chipping Brazilian keeper Doni and opening the way to a 3-0 win.
