Crisp sandwich

A crisp sandwich, or potato chip sandwich, is a sandwich made with bread (usually buttered) and crisps.
Any kind of crisp can be used for a crisp sandwich but the most common crisps used are salt and vinegar and cheese and onion.[citation needed] The type of bread used can greatly affect the taste of the sandwich itself.[citation needed] Simple plain white bread is the most popular[citation needed] but any can be used.
