Crime and Punishment is an episode of Rugrats. It first premiered on December 13, 1998.

Chaz and Chuckie are driving in his car when he's stopped by a traffic cop. Later, Chaz invites her over for coffee, and Chuckie explains what was going on to his friends. Then, of course, Angelica freaks them out by saying if they do something bad, they'll be put in jail, and they will never see their families again. So when the babies accidentally break Chaz's glasses, the quartet works together to save Chuckie.
