Cricket Plus is the first 24x7 American Cricket channel. This channel is dedicated to showing cricket matches and programs. This channel broadcasting rights are owned by Directv in USA.

Cricket Plus was started in 2006 and is being broadcast as a preview channel for Indian channel viewers in Directv and ATN subscibers in Canada. Since Dish Network in USA broadcasts live cricket, Cricket Plus hasn't got an opportunity to show live cricket matches yet. This channel has to face competition with Dish Network to get the rights to stream live cricket in USA.
