Creatine Methyl Ester is a molecule of creatine bonded to a methyl group (a Carbon atom bonded to three Hydrogen atoms). This organic molecule prevents the creatine from being broken down and metabolized in the intestines , which allows for a greater uptake of creatine into the muscle cell.
