The article Phil Ward has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki 16:41, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The Chlown

A tag has been placed on The Chlown, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:The Chlown. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this.JayLitman 16:03, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. JayLitman 16:03, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Personal attacks

This is the only warning you will receive. Your recent personal attacks, as at here, will not be tolerated. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.JayLitman 16:13, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Free Speech

I now feel as if my free speech rights have been violated. Nothing I have said was threatening or offensive in any way, and yet they have been deleted. If this is the way that Wikipedia operates then a sudden dropoff in use and users will follow.

You've never said anything offensive about another editor? You user talk page history clearly indicates otherwise. Name-calling is a violation of wikipedia's policy on civility and is considered a personal attack. JayLitman 16:25, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

Did it cause stress or conflict?

I suspect you live in the United States, so I invite you to read the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution. If you still don't understand why your rights to free speech have not been violated I can explain it to you further (hint... this is a privately operated website not owned by the U.S. Government).--Isotope23 17:23, 2 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Indent.gif)

Thanks for uploading Image:Indent.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. —Bkell (talk) 14:40, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
