Template talk:Crash frame
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
My intention is to create a template to list various pieces of information about aircraft crashes, such as the type, operator and registration numbers of aircraft, location, fatalies and so on.
This is new to me, so bear with me! --Jumbo 02:26, 29 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Orange?
Does anyone else find the orange frame...sickening? Normally I'd be a fan of orange, but it's just the wrong shade for me... Kel-nage 19:09, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
- I picked blaze-orange from the list of colours because it seemed appropriate for an air crash template. It's an emergency colour, you see.
- It's certainly not engraved in stone. I originally used the blue of the airport template, but that seemed to be far too restful for the subject. --Jumbo 07:10, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

- I also find it sickening, but I feel that's entirely appropriate. Consider this a vote in favor of keeping the color. Markkawika 02:09, 15 December 2005 (UTC)
