According to the following sources it is 1965. This should settle the matter as Titus regularly lied about his age in interviews...

I'm the owner of ABFX.com and I've made some changes to clean up and catagorize URLs. The external link at the bottom of Titus' article named 'Bodybuilding Profile' which leads to a profile page on Craig Titus at ABFX has changed its URL to 'http://www.abfx.com/bodybuilding/craig-titus-biography'. I leave it up to the Editors if they wish to make this change(Note:The old URL still gets redirected to ABFX but only to the main bodybuilding page).
