If it would be possible to create a replacement image, then our first fair use criterion says we can't use the non-free image. One could take a photo of the band, right? – Quadell (talk) (random) 13:01, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
Actually, no. Today, the Crash Test Dummies is essentially Brad Roberts and studio musicians, with maybe Ellen Reid and Dan Roberts joining in. The entire band hasn't performed together in 5 years. - SPKx 16:52, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
A lot of things in this world could be possible that, in actual practice, aren't. The criterion needs to put a lot less on whether something is theoretically possible, and a lot more on how realistic the possibility is. Bearcat 09:43, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
