[edit] detailed fair-use rationale

Primarily, the description in place does not meet the substance of a detailed fair-use rationale (see: Help:Image_page#Fair_use_rationale. Secondly, this image is in violation of fair-use policy item number one. Namely, that images used under fair-use could not be replaced with free-use alternatives. These are solely snapshots of toys, photos that could be taken by any other contributor and re-licensed as free-use of some fashion. Which brings me to my third point, if Steerpike (talk contribs) is the photographer of these images, he could re-license them under CC, GFDL, or PD and then they wouldn't fall under fair-use anymore. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 17:36, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
