Craig Peter Dargo (born 3 January 1978 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Premier League club Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

[edit] Early career

Dargo began his career with Kirkcaldy side Raith Rovers, for whom he played 82 league games, including several appearances against his current club, scoring 29 goals. In July 2000 he signed for Kilmarnock on a free transfer and remained at Rugby Park for the next five years. During this time he made appearances in the UEFA Cup when Killie played Norwegian side Viking Stavanger. However, his time at Kilmarnock was dogged by injuries, although he did manage to make 72 full appearances and 41 sub appearances, during which he scored 22 goals.

[edit] Move to Inverness

In June 2005 Dargo signed for Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Although he at first struggled in front of goal, he broke his scoring duck during a game against Rangers at Ibrox Stadium and has gone on to score in several games since, with the departure of player manager Craig Brewster leaving him the club's top scorer of season 2005/06.
