Craig Cohen

Craig Cohen is a fellow in the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) International Security Program and Post-Conflict Reconstruction Project. He directs research on a range of post-conflict issues, including UN reform, U.S. government planning and operations for stabilization and reconstruction, and country- and region-specific action strategies. Prior to joining CSIS, he worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva and with nongovernmental organizations in Rwanda, Azerbaijan, Malawi, and the former Yugoslavia. He received a master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
