Chris Kelly is a resident of St Petersburg Florida, which is known better in some circles as the home of shuffleboard kingpin Jimmy Wales. Kelly doesn't know Wales(and vice versa) and likely wouldn't recognize him at the grocery store.

Chris has been Sales Manager at Great Outdoors Publishing since 1993, and has developed an unhealthy interest in Shuffleboard, seakayaking long distances, neighborhood organizing, cemeteries and drugmarches. His email is Chris @ theaviary.net.

He's fascinated with the wiki model of community, and regards it as a form of social capitalism worth study.
