I've removed the {{prod}} tag from this article; there are 780 Google hits for this exact phrase from a variety of public academic sources, which I think shows that this phrase in now in widespread use in academic circles, and is thus not OR in the Wikipedia sense.

However, the article itself appears in its current form to be an advocacy piece. It needs to be revised to meet NPOV standards, or it seems to me that it might become an {{afd}} candidate on the grounds of NPOV. -- Arthur Frayn 10:47, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

I tried to insert some categories, but was not successful. Some obvious ones would be "human" and "Earth science."Earthsky 22:46, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
