Court Square Place

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Court Square Place is a 16 story office building located at Court Square, Long Island City, Queens just outside of Manhattan and is "the tallest building constructed in the area since 1989."[1] It is owned and operated by the United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU). It was completed in 2006 based on the designs from architects of HLW International with Tishman Construction Corporation handling the major construction. Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc., Eurotech Construction, Permasteelisa USA and Cives Steel Company also provided construction support.

The New York Times states that building "rivals new construction in Manhattan."[2] It is one block from the Citicorp Building.
