[edit] Plot
The episode begins with Dr. McTaggert helping out Morph and he is about to return to the X-Men. It cuts to a scene where there are scientists making rolls of plastic, when the wall explodes and the Sentinels come in stealing them.
Back at the mansion, Professor X calls up the X-Men for an emergency, when really it is a party welcoming back Morph. Just when they are welcoming him back, a news feed comes in about Zydex Industries and the incident that happened where the Sentinels attacked, being called a terrorist attack and saying that mutants were involved. Beast explains that the material they were making is a type of flexible plastic, but is capable of being stronger than steel.
Morph and Wolverine nominate themselves to check it out. They work together to break in to the compound but they discover nothing. They escape the compound, when Morph spots the Sentinel foot print, and has a flashback about being left behind.
At the Sentinels hideout, Master Mold has been re-constructing his body with the plastic mentioned before. He orders the Sentinels to order capture Gyrich and Trask and to bring him the mutant who destroyed his body.
The Sentinels target Professor X first and they are successful in their capture. One of the Sentinels is shot down and Beast grabs his head to go through it. He finds two sets of co-ordinates and discovers that they are co-ordinates for the two scientists. In the jungle, the two scientists, Trask and Gyrich are arguing amongst themselves when a Sentinel tears off the roof and takes them both. The X-Men make it in time and prevent their capture, but in the end, they are captured.
Back at the mansion, Morph was asked to stay so he tries to make himself useful by trying to find more co-ordinates out of the Sentinel's head. He finds another set, but then the head explodes and he discovers that the X-Men are looking in the wrong spot. Morph wants to tell Cyclops, but Morph says that he must do this alone.
At Master Mold's hideout, he wants a cybernetic link that will increase the brain power of Professor X, so Master Mold can control him. He will use Professor X to destroy everyone on Earth. Just then, the X-Men interfere and they fight the Sentinels. Morph then comes in and defeats the rest of the Sentinels using his morphing powers. Master Mold himself then tries to eliminate Morph when he shoots a stalactite and it falls a top Master Mold's head and then he explodes.
They all escape, but Morph refuses to join and flies back to Moira McTaggert's base.
