County Route 89 is a 1.8-mile north/south county route in the western part of Rockland County, New York. CR 89 runs almost exclusively in Airmont, except for the first bits in Montebello. CR 89 begins at CR 64 in Montebello just 0.2 miles north of the New York State Thruway, and ends at the New Jersey border in Airmont and Mahwah, New Jersey. CR 89 is the only Rockland County Route that intersects directly with the New York State Thruway (Exit 14B). About a quarter-mile south of that, CR 89 intersects NY 59.
