County Route 73 is a 2.3-mile north/south county route in the southern part of Rockland County, New York. CR 73 runs through the southern part of Monsey. CR 73 begins at NY 59 in Monsey, and ends at the New Jersey border in Monsey and Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. CR 73 used to be the southern extension of NY 306 before 1980. CR 73 begins at the current end of NY 306 at the NY 59 intersection in Monsey.
