County Route 610 is an east-west county route located entirely within South Brunswick Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey. The western terminus of the route is at Route 27. The eastern terminus is at County Route 535 a short distance east of the New Jersey Turnpike.

From Route 27 milepost 9.67, CR 610, as Henderson Road, heads to the southeast and intersects U.S. Route 1 after 1.17 miles. The route turns south onto US 1, running concurrent to US 1 for 0.2 miles before splitting from the U.S. route and veering onto Deans Lane. CR 610 follows the northwest-southeast road for 1.37 miles to Georges Road (County Route 679), where it turns north for a 0.09 overlap with CR 679 before separating from the route and resuming its southeasterly alignment.
East of CR 679, CR 610 is known as Deans Rhode Hall Road for its remaining 3.72 miles to its eastern terminus at Cranbury-South River Road (County Route 535). At milepost 3.24, CR 610 intersects U.S. Route 130. Farther east at milepost 6.16, CR 610 crosses over the New Jersey Turnpike (Interstate 95).
