County Route 544, abbreviated CR 544, is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 14.94 miles from Cooper Street (CR 534) in Deptford Township to Taunton Boulevard (CR 623) in Medford Township.
The road travels through the following municipalities at the specified mileposts (from west to east):
- 00.00-01.84: Deptford Township (Gloucester County)
- 01.84-02.16: Concurrency with Route 41 (MP 3.91-4.13)
- 02.16-04.06: Gloucester Township (south side) and Runnemede (north side) (Camden County)
