County Route 533 is a county highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The highway extends 32.36 miles from Broad Street (U.S. Route 206) in Hamilton Township to Mountain Avenue (County Route 527) in Bound Brook.
Portions of the roadway in Somerset County are part of the Millstone River Valley Scenic Byway.
The road travels through the following municipalities at the specified mileposts (from South to North):

- 06.00-06.50: Lawrence Township
- 06.50-07.78: West Windsor Township (east) and Lawrence Township (west)
- 07.78-08.48: West Windsor Township
