Dutchess County Route 3 is a county route located in Dutchess County, New York. Known locally as Bog Hollow Road, CR 3 runs from the border with Connecticut to County Route 81, in the hamlet of Wassaic. The route is about 4.1 miles long.

Dutchess County Route 3 was formerly known as NY 341.
CR 3, along with a 0.3 mile stretch of CR 81 south to New York State Route 22 and New York State Route 343, was formerly designated New York State Route 341. The designation still continues in Connecticut as CR 3 becomes Route 341 upon crossing the state line.
