Chautauqua County Route 380, formerly New York State Route 380, is a main north-south county road located within Chautauqua County, New York. Its northern terminus is located at the junction with NY-5 in the village of Brocton. Its southern terminus is located at the Pennsylvania stateline south of the hamlet of Busti within the town of the same name. It was designated as NY-380 until it was decommissioned on August 7, 1980.

Municipalities CR-380 runs through include (from north-to-south) the village of Brocton, the hamlet of Stockton (within the town of the same name), the hamlets of Kimball Stand and Ross Mills (both within the town of Ellicott), the village of Falconer, the hamlet of Kiantone (within the town of the same name), and the hamlet of Busti.

Besides NY-5, CR-380 intersects with US-20 (in Brocton), NY-394 (in Falconer), and NY-60 (twice: in Kimball Stand and in Kiantone). It also goes under I-86/NY-17 in Falconer.
