County Route 27 (Dutchess County, New York)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dutchess County Route 27 is a signed 1.4 mile county route in Dutchess County. "Lime Kiln Road" connects Interstate 84 with New York State Route 52 in East Fishkill. After the junction with I-84, Lime Kiln Road loses it's "CR-27" designation and continues a quarter-mile to local roads. CR-27 is considered a major connector road for commercial vehicles from NY-52 to I-84 without the lengthy travel to US-9 in Fishkill to access I-84.
CR-27 is the only county road in Dutchess County to meet an Interstate highway (I-84 at Exit 15) as well as one of the few, if only, four lane county road.
